I keep a cheap notebook by the kettle so I do not have to open a spiritual app before coffee. One line about sleep, one line about what I am avoiding. Some nights that is the whole practice. If I sit longer I use a 12-20 minute timer, phone in another room: https://afterdarkintuition.com/earth-aura-meditation/
